My Story
My name is Stephen Kairu, I've loved engineering for as long as I can remember, and I apply this love generously to building functional, robust, and reliable embedded systems that will undoubtedly suit your need.
I'll guide your product from conception, to PCB design, and firmware development.
I am an Embedded Systems Engineer with 4+ years of progressive professional experience
Even before graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering, I had already embarked on a journey to make my mark on the Embedded Systems field.
As a result, I have more than 4 years of progressive professional experience under my belt. During which I've undertaken schematic design, PCB design and firmware development of dozens of embedded systems.
Currently working in the vibrant embedded systems and IoT startup ecosystem of Kenya, I have led teams in designing and developing consumer IoT and embedded systems.
I've spearheaded the design and development of a biometric access control system, an automotive speed limiter, a vehicle tracker, an LPG consumption tracking device, among others, with at least 500 devices in active operation to date.
